Arcade Return Policy

FUNAN STORE PURCHASE ONLY

Arcade Exchange Policy applies only to merchandise purchased in our store at #01-01 at Funan Mall. Any Arcade merchandises purchased through third parties or online are not covered under this Exchange Policy.

You can exchange any originally priced item(s) for the same item(s) within 10 calendar days of purchasing the item(s) at the store. Strictly no cash refunds.

All exchange items will be assessed by our team before an exchange can be approved. Assessment has to be carried out in order to ensure that the item is in a brand new and saleable condition.
  • Paper tags intact (i.e. not cut off or torn)
  • Original clear sizing packaging
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered 
  • All original accessories (eg. sash, belt, button) accompanying the apparel must be returned with the item. 
  • Free of makeup stains or any noticeable smell on apparel

No exchange is allowed for the products in the Last Chance promotion, collaboration merchandise, or any items that is stated non-exchangeable or non-returnable in our terms and conditions.

We do not accept items to be return to our online store for an exchange or refund.

Please bring the receipt down for the exchange, alternatively, you may log in to your account with us to check for the online invoice.

ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY

Arcade Return Policy applies only to merchandises purchased on our website – www.AforArcade.com. Any Arcade merchandises purchased through third parties or our stockists are not covered under this Return Policy.

You can return any original priced item(s) for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order for orders within Singapore or 21 days of receiving your order for International orders.

For orders within Singapore, you are advised to return via a trackable service. 

For International orders, kindly ensure that your return can be easily tracked. You are advised to use a trusted shipping service like your national postal service, DHL or FedEx to send your returns.

All postage fees and costs of packing will be borne by customers. We will not be liable in cases of lost mail for returns.

Terms of returns:

  • Return Window: Items must be mailed back within 14 days from the date you receive them.
  • Condition for Returns: Items must be in brand-new, saleable condition with:
    • Paper tags intact (not cut or torn)
    • Original clear size packaging
    • Unwashed & unaltered
    • All original accessories included (e.g., sash, belt, buttons)
    • Free from makeup stains, pet fur, or noticeable odors
  • Refund Format: Refunds are issued as store credits (valid for 3 months). If a free shipping code was used, SGD $2.50 will be deducted from the issued credits.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for:
    • Discounted items
    • Items purchased with promotional codes (except first-time promo codes, tokens, or birthday discounts)
    • Items bought using store credits from previous returns
  • Store Credits Usage: Store credits can be used partially until fully utilized or expired. Unused store credits will not be refunded.
  • Account Requirement: You must sign up for an account before processing a return, as store credits are linked to your order.
  • No One-for-One Exchanges: We strictly do not offer direct item exchanges.
  • Funan Store Policy: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for purchases made at the Funan store, nor can online purchase returns be processed at the Funan store.
  • Processing Time: Returns for store credits may take up to 14 days. If you do not receive your store credits within 14 days after mailing, please contact us.

All Returns cases will have to be completed within 30 calendar days from day of Arcade receiving the proof of postage.

For International orders, please ensure to send your parcel via a trackable service through your National post office or DHL/FedEx.

Please take note that we do not bear any costs of returns, custom duties, taxes or any other charges arising from the return in such cases.

Lost return item(s) will be borne by customers, so please make sure to keep track of the Registered Article / Tracking Number once you have mailed it out.

Delivery costs are borne by Arcade only if the items sent are incorrect or defective.

Arcade will not reimburse any expenses incurred in the process of an in-person return.

All returns are refunded via store credit unless stated otherwise.

What is considered a defect

An item is considered defective if it has visible manufacturing flaws that affect its overall appearance when worn. These defects are evident upon receipt and may include:

  • Large stains
  • Holes
  • Fabric pilling
  • Missing buttons
  • Faulty zippers
  • Sewing errors

Please note: We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for items that have been washed or worn. Damage caused by bleach, strong detergents, high heat (e.g., dryer, burns), or soaking is not covered.

Minor Imperfections (Not Considered Defects)

The following are minor variations that do not impact the overall look of the item and are not considered defects:

  • Print placement differences due to fabric cutting
  • Slight color variations caused by lighting differences
  • Dirt, material, or technical markings that can be easily washed off
  • Measurement variations within acceptable tolerances that do not affect fit
  • Small, lightly visible stains on light-colored items in non-obvious areas
  • Loose threads, loose buttons, or other easily fixable issues

Returns & Exchanges

If you have received merchandise with any of the defects stated above, please email us at customercare@aforarcade.com with the subject line [ Defective Item—Order xxxxxx ]. Together with this email, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the defect.

ARCADE reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
