International Shipping

All international orders (outside of Singapore) will be shipped via DHL Express and NinjaVan.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

International Shipping Rates via DHL will be reflected on the checkout page. Please email us at customercare@aforarcade.com for any concerns. 

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties 

Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will follow your local regulations.

If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

Malaysia

For dutiable items and/or parcels whose value is greater than RM500 per airway bill, a $20.00 permit fee and/or any applicable taxes will be charged.
