Retail Associate ( Full-time, now open )
( Alchemist & Arcade Funan Store )
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Responsible for cashier duties using POS (point of sale) system to process payments, exchanges and any other transactions
- Receive and process all incoming and outgoing store inventory (e.g. new stocks, replenishments and defects)
- Support all stocktake exercise
- Provide service excellence and pleasant customer experience at all times
- Ensure all merchandise are displayed in all colours and sizes (unless sold out)
- Upkeep a clean and tidy shopping environment within the store (including fitting rooms and back-of-house) at all times
- Inform customers about on-going promotions
- Recommend/advice on colour, fit, and style to best suit customers’ needs
- Adhere to brand’s image and conduct
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is a bonus
- Proficient in English language

- Create new designs, concepts and collections on a monthly basis
- Create technical drawings, specification sheets and other ad-hoc duties from samples to bulk production
- Follow up with sampling to ensure it is in line with specification sheets
